Sandra completed her DO(MP) studies in May 2024. Osteopathy was founded in 1874 by AT Still. Osteopathy is a natural manual therapy that restores function to the body through gentle manipulation. Functional pain is a combination of our lifestyle, repetitive movements, stress and trauma of all kinds. Osteopathy allows the body to rebalance the different systems of the body. The manual Osteopath acknowledges the interdependence between structure and function of the body knowing that the body can regulate and heal itself if given the right conditions.
