Allie graduated from Queen’s University in 2017 with a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy. Prior to this, she graduated from McMaster University in 2014 with a Bachelor’s of Science with Honours in Kinesiology. She has a strong interest in concussion management, specifically with post concussion syndrome and vestibular therapy. She has taken numerous courses in post concussion management and vestibular rehabilitation which helps her to design individualized programs for each of her patients. She also enjoys using manual therapy, acupuncture and specific exercise and training programs to treat other musculoskeletal injuries. Allie has completed her level 1 manual therapy with the orthopaedic division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association and has taken over 8 courses in concussion and vestibular rehabilitation.
Allie grew up in Belleville Ontario where she played a variety of sports including hockey, soccer, swimming and ran with the cross-country and track team. She continues to live a healthy, active lifestyle through sport and exercise. She also enjoys travelling the world and has hiked and camped in many countries!
