GLA:D Program

GLA:D Canada, developed in Denmark, is an 8-week education and exercise program designed for those with pain or stiffness in your hips or knees, and those with knee and/or hip osteoarthritis. This program offers participants the tools to move forward with a prescribed exercise program, a personalized approach to improving joint mobility and strength, with an understanding of osteoarthritis.

By participating in GLA:D, you’ll discover practical ways to manage symptoms and engage in daily activities more comfortably.
