He is a member of the Canadian Academy of Manual Therapy and the Canadian Physical Therapy Association.
Dave co-managed a successful private orthopaedic and sports injury physiotherapy clinic (CBI Physiotherapy) and bracing store (Bluewater Orthopaedic and Sports Supply) in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada from 1997 to 2008.
Internationally, he held the position of Director of Physiotherapy at Fawzia Sultan Rehabilitation Institute in Kuwait from May 2008 to April 2011. Whilst there, he worked three months in tandem with and was mentored by guest therapist Cliff Fowler of Abbotsford, BC, Canada. He also assisted teaching Mulligan Concept courses with Jack Miller, chief Canadian instructor and Gaetano Millazo, chief Australian instructor. He also had opportunity to design and teach a one day practical course on elbow injuries that impact the upper extremity and neck both in Kuwait and Lebanon.
Upon his return to Canada, Dave was privileged to work alongside Erl Pettman at McCallum Physiotherapy in Abbotsford, B.C. from May through July 2011.
In September 2011, Dave opened Dave Archer Physiotherapy (a division of Archer Physiotherapy Professional Corp.) in Sarnia, Ontario, Canada. In January 2012 he also began the development of a multi-disciplinary medical centre called Archway Health and Sports Services, also located in Sarnia, ON.
In the field of sports medicine, Dave has provided prevention, injury management and emergency action plans for events ranging from track and field to rugby. He has also participated in a variety of sports at a provincial level through high-school and played Senior A hockey through university. He continues to enjoy recreational hockey, volleyball and soccer.

Kari is interested in manual therapy and orthopaedics. She enjoys a hands on approach with clients. She has completed many post-graduate courses in manual therapy, acupuncture,
Kari has completed post-graduate courses in manual therapy, acupuncture, Mackenzie Method, myofascial release, mobilisation of the nervous system, rotator cuff assessment and treatment, and taping. Her current interests lie in continuing to further her manual therapy skills.
Kari lives with her family in Bright’s Grove.
Allie graduated from Queen’s University in 2017 with a Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy. Allie grew up in Belleville Ontario where she played a variety of sports including hockey, soccer, swimming and ran with the cross-country and track team. She continues to live a healthy, active lifestyle through sport and exercise.
Carol has a special interest in manual therapy, orthopaedics, paediatrics,and complex rehabilitation.
Jeff is interested in the treatment of orthopaedic injuries using a combination of “Hands On” Manual Physiotherapy & patient specific exercise
He is passionate about helping clients achieve the healthy and active liftestyle they desire.
Jeff graduated from Western University in 2013 with a Masters of Physical Therapy. He also previously completed a Bachelor of Science Specialization in Kinesiology in 2010 at Western. Following this he worked for a year as a Kinesiologist in British Columbia, prescribing and implementing exercise programs for clients recovering from motor vehicle accidents.
Jeff grew up with a love for sports including hockey, volleyball, snowboarding and golf. He played Jr B and Jr C hockey in southern Ontario growing up and continues to pass on his love for the game through coaching minor hockey. In his off time Jeff enjoys working on his family farm near Grand Bend and maintaining a healthy lifestyle through sport and exercise.
Kelsey graduated from Western University in 2013 with a Masters of Physical Therapy.
Kelsey is interested in treating patients using a combination of manual therapy and exercise. She has experience working with patients with joint replacements, including the knee, hip, shoulder and ankle joints.
When Kelsey isn’t working, she is busy spending time with her two daughters. She also enjoys running, playing baseball, golf and volleyball.
Cindy has a keen interest in manual therapy, orthopedics and acupuncture.
Cindy graduated from the University of Waterloo with an Honours Bachelor of Science Degree in 1997. She then went on to pursue a post graduate program in Physiotherapy and received a Bachelors of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Toronto in 2000. Cindy has practiced as a physiotherapist in the Sarnia area for over 20 years.
Cindy has completed post graduate courses in advanced manual therapy, acupuncture, Mulligan Concepts, McKenzie Methods and rotator cuff treatment techniques.
Cindy lives in the Camlachie area with her husband and three children.
Sally received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy at University of Western Ontario in 1988. She has received additional training in many manual therapy courses, McKenzie Method,
Lisa has a keen interest in manual therapy and orthopedics. She focuses on providing a combination of hands on manual therapy and patient specific exercise programs.
Alaina has special interest in manual therapy, sport injuries and pre and postnatal health. Alaina was born and raised in Warwick Township
Jeff graduated from the University of Waterloo with a degree in Kinesiology and McMaster University with a degree in Physical Therapy in 1995.
Jeff has a long-standing interest in sports medicine with a specific focus on wrestling and combat injuries. He is currently a consulting Physiotherapist with the Sarnia Bluewater Wrestling Team. Jeff was also a team member of the 1994 National Wrestling Champion McMaster Marauders which have been inducted into McMaster University’s Athletic Hall of Fame.
He continues to participate in sports including hockey, soccer, running, and Spartan racing.
Dr. Jim Forbes is a Chiropractor and an Exercise Science and Athletic Therapy graduate. Dr. Jim Forbes graduated from Manchester University of Indiana in 2006 with a Bachelors of Science
Dr. Forbes then obtained his Doctorate of Chiropractic from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in Toronto in 2011 where he furthered his treatment experience in both athletes and the general population. In 2010-2011 Dr. Forbes obtained his Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Certification.
Upon graduation from Chiropractic College in 2011, Dr. Forbes returned to his home town of Sarnia where he treated patients at Hare Chiropractic and Natural Health Centre until 2015. Dr. Forbes loves educating others through performing community presentations, as a professor of Health Sciences at Lambton College in Sarnia, and as a creator and instructor of continuing education courses for Massage Therapists in Ontario.
Nationally, Dr. Forbes’ background for treating athletes has allowed him work with many local youth sports organizations as well as formerly working with sports organizations at a national level to develop injury prevention material and complement performance training and development programs. In his past experiences, Dr. Forbes has treated professional, recreational, and collegiate athletes from golfers, triathletes, distance runners, and hockey players to name a few. Athletes are not the only population to get injured, therefore, Dr. Forbes has much experience in treating pain in many areas of the body with a diverse set of skills.
Dr. Forbes is a Chiropractor and Chiropractors are known to be skilled in treating many types of back and neck pain. However, Dr. Forbes is very well educated and experienced in treating all areas and tissues of the body with a special emphasis on the shoulder. Dr. Forbes uses a diverse set of skills including many different types of soft tissue therapies, Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, joint mobilization and manipulation, specific rehabilitation exercises, and high performance training and performance advice. Through the combination of the aforementioned manual therapy services he has helped athletes and general public of all levels with recovery and performance enhancement.
In 2015, Dr. Forbes became a certified Complete Concussion Management Practitioner as well as obtaining education in concussion symptom management from Concussion Rehab Works. This education, along with multiple years of managing patients with concussions has allowed Dr. Forbes to better understand and manage the unique needs of patients recovering from acute and post concussion symptoms.
Dr. Forbes understands the importance of including the patient in their own recovery, therefore, he encourages and instructs each patient to participate in an individualized rehabilitation program to improve performance and decrease future risk of injury as well as minimizing the potential need for more frequent and prolonged care.
Dr. DiFederico is a chiropractor with a passion for physical activity and helping people achieve their optimal health. He graduated with honours from Wilfrid Laurier University, where he earned a degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in health and rehabilitation. He then went on to graduate from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College with summa cum laude honours.
In addition to his chiropractic training, Dr. DiFederico is also a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS), which allows him to provide a comprehensive approach to patient care. His background in kinesiology and years working in fitness industry helps him to design personalized treatment plans that incorporate both chiropractic care and exercises to improve his patients’ overall physical performance.
Dr. DiFederico takes a patient-centered approach to care, taking the time to listen to each patient’s concerns and develop individualized treatment plans that address their unique needs. He uses a variety of techniques, including joint manipulations, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture, electro-acupuncture and exercise prescription, to help patients achieve optimal physical function and permanent change.

Sandra is a graduate of The D’Arcy Lane Institute and has been registered with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario since 1998.
As part of her professional development, Sandra continues to attend yoga workshops taught by both Canadian and International Senior Iyengar Teachers. Sandra’s practice includes massage clients and yoga students ranging from the very young to the elderly who are looking to incorporate movement into their lives.
Sandra has worked in many practice settings over the years, from multidisciplinary clinics to large yoga studios. Most recently practicing in the community of Port Franks.
